If you’ve been using oils for awhile, you can sometimes forget to drop the essential-oil lingo (guilty as charged) when talking to essential oil beginners. I always get one of two responses. Either they smile & nod (those Minnesota nice!) or I get a confused looking face and a “what?” as a reply. So here they are, all the essential oil terms demystified!
